Turmeric Smoothie with Activated Almond Milk


  • 1 cup of activated almond milk¬†
  • 1/2 banana
  • ¬†1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4-5 ice cubes


Make the activated almond milk by soaking 1/4 cup of organic almonds in water for 6 hours. Drain the liquid. Blend with 1 liter of water. Strain almond pulp if desired. Use 8oz for the turmeric smoothie and pour the rest into a glass bottle for future use.

Blend all turmeric smoothie ingredients together. Pour into a glass then dusted with ground turmeric.
