I’ve become a little obsessed. I’m in love with raw food. I’ve spent the last three days in Ubud, Bali, principally eating raw food. While one might be surprised that I don’t care for the extra enzymes you get from eating raw food, the reason I like it, is for it’s superior taste and simplicity.
This recipe is a raw food lover’s treat and I’m very excited about making it when I return to New York. The recipe is from Diana von Cranach’s Rawfully Good which I picked up from Como Shambala today. Diana calls it “Bali superfood no-sugar treats”. I’ve changed this rather bland name to better reflect the ingredients used.
