I found this chai tea last fall while I was visiting my family in Maine, and fell in love. Chaga, the base of this tea, is a medicinal mushroom that grow on birch trees that’s known for its antioxidant level and support to the immune system,

Because it’s made without the black tea, this latte will give you all of the spice of traditional chai without the spike of caffeine making it perfect for an end-of-the-day treat. Warm and creamy makes it like a big hug whenever you need it!

If you use your favorite chai tea that does have caffeine, do be careful having it before bed.
