Raw Cacao and Goji Berry Balls

I’ve become a little obsessed. I’m in love with raw food. I’ve spent the last three days in Ubud, Bali, principally eating raw food. While one might be surprised that I don’t care for the extra enzymes you get from eating raw food, the reason I like it, is for it’s superior taste and simplicity.

This recipe is a raw food lover’s treat and I’m very excited about making it when I return to New York. The recipe is from Diana von Cranach’s Rawfully Good which I┬ápicked up from Como Shambala today. ┬áDiana calls it “Bali superfood no-sugar treats”. I’ve changed this rather bland name to better reflect the ingredients used.

If you make these, send me a picture – info@foodcoachnyc.com or load it on to facebook – www.facebook.com/foodcoachny
